تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه استخدامك لمنصّة Checkmate. وبدخولك إلى المنصّة أو استخدامك لها، فإنّك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.
By using Checkmate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
باستخدامك Checkmate، تؤكّد أنّك قرأت شروط الخدمة هذه وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها. وإن لم توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام المنصّة.
Checkmate is an editorial discovery platform that helps people find and celebrate Arab-owned businesses across the United States. We are a directory and storytelling platform — not a marketplace, seller, or service provider.
Checkmate منصّة تحريرية لاكتشاف المشاريع المملوكة لأصحاب أعمال عرب في الولايات المتحدة والاحتفاء بها. نحن دليل ومنصّة لسرد القصص، ولسنا سوقًا أو بائعًا أو مزوّد خدمة.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the platform. Business owners who submit a listing must have the authority to represent and submit that business.
يجب أن تكون قادرًا على إبرام اتفاق ملزم قانونًا لاستخدام المنصّة. وعلى صاحب المشروع الذي يقدّم طلبًا أن يمتلك صلاحية تمثيل ذلك المشروع وتقديمه.
Submissions should represent genuine, operating Arab-owned businesses. Content must be lawful, respectful, and free of misleading or false claims. We review submissions and may decline or edit any listing.
ينبغي أن تمثّل الطلبات مشاريع حقيقية وعاملة مملوكة لأصحاب أعمال عرب. ويجب أن يكون المحتوى قانونيًّا ومحترمًا وخاليًا من الادّعاءات المضلِّلة أو الكاذبة. نراجع الطلبات وقد نرفض أو نعدّل أي ملف.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for keeping it up to date. Checkmate is not responsible for inaccuracies in owner-provided content.
يتحمّل أصحاب المشاريع مسؤولية دقّة المعلومات التي يقدّمونها والحفاظ على تحديثها. ولا تتحمّل Checkmate مسؤولية أي معلومات غير دقيقة يقدّمها أصحاب المشاريع.
Reviews should be honest, respectful, and based on real experiences. We may remove content that is abusive, false, spam, or that otherwise violates these guidelines.
ينبغي أن تكون التقييمات صادقة ومحترمة ومبنيّة على تجارب حقيقية. وقد نزيل أي محتوى مسيء أو كاذب أو غير مرغوب فيه أو يخالف هذه الإرشادات.
The Checkmate name, logo, design, and original editorial content are our property. Business owners retain rights to the content they submit and grant Checkmate a license to display it on the platform.
اسم Checkmate وشعارها وتصميمها والمحتوى التحريري الأصلي هي ملكيّتنا. ويحتفظ أصحاب المشاريع بحقوق المحتوى الذي يقدّمونه، ويمنحون Checkmate ترخيصًا لعرضه على المنصّة.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt or interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام المنصّة، أو محاولة تعطيلها أو التشويش عليها، أو استخدامها لأي غرض غير قانوني.
We may edit, decline, or remove listings and reviews, and may modify or discontinue features of the platform at our discretion.
يحقّ لنا تعديل الملفّات والتقييمات أو رفضها أو إزالتها، كما يحقّ لنا تغيير ميزات المنصّة أو إيقافها وفق تقديرنا.
Checkmate is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for transactions between users and businesses, nor for the products or services offered by listed businesses.
تُقدَّم Checkmate "كما هي". ولسنا مسؤولين عن المعاملات بين المستخدمين والمشاريع، ولا عن المنتجات أو الخدمات التي تقدّمها المشاريع المدرجة.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام المنصّة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقتك على الشروط المُحدَّثة.
