Ola has loved cooking since she was young, feeding the people around her the dishes she grew up on. She turned that passion into I Cuisine — a way to bring authentic Egyptian flavor to families and food lovers across the USA.
For her, it was never only about food. It is about sharing a piece of home, and making sure it tastes exactly the way it should.
The hard part is never the cooking — it's the early mornings, the prep, and the catering logistics of getting everything fresh and on time for every event.
What she's most proud of is the look on people's faces at the first bite. Every order is a small taste of home.
